As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that each stage is efficient, compliant, and aligned with our employer brand. You will provide a high-quality, proactive administrative service throughout the recruitment process and offer daily support to the wider Talent Acquisition team. Key responsibilities include managing job advertisements, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, and communicating with candidates.
You will work closely with hiring managers to enhance candidate engagement, uphold safer recruitment standards, and support internal and external communications that showcase Activate Learning as an employer of choice.
* Coordinate the full recruitment process including postings, communication, interviews, and data accuracy.
* Enhance employer branding through engaging content on social media and internal platforms.
* Support compliance and best practices by ensuring GDPR adherence and Safer Recruitment practices.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Oxford College, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on recruitment coordination or talent-acquisition experience in fast-moving settings, pairing ATS proficiency with data-driven insight. They excel at crafting engaging employer-brand content, running referral schemes, and steering clear, confident communications with stakeholders at every level. Highly organised and detail-oriented, they juggle multiple priorities while safeguarding data integrity, championing continuous improvement, and leveraging the full Microsoft Office suite.
* ATS & analytics know-how and the ability to turn raw recruitment data into actionable reports.
* Proven track record creating social-media content and managing internal communications and referral programmes.
* Stakeholder engagement with clear communication, meticulous attention to confidentiality, and calm multitasking under tight deadlines.
