Position: Helicopter Administrator
Location: Norwich
Work Pattern: Contract - Hybrid
We’re recruiting for a Helicopter Administrator to support a major offshore wind project, providing aviation coordination and compliance support for all helicopter operations.
Responsibilities
* Maintain daily flight schedules and passenger manifests
* Verify offshore certifications (GWO, HUET/BOSIET, Medical)
* Liaise with helicopter operators, offshore teams and marine coordination
* Track personnel movements and maintain accurate operational records
* Support reporting, audits and emergency response procedures
Requirements
* Experience in logistics, aviation admin or offshore coordination
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changeable environment
* Proficient in MS Office
Offshore wind or aviation experience is highly desirable.
