Are you an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of a transformative education project?
We're looking for a talented professional to join our team and help deliver a state-of-the-art new-build school that will shape future generations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all cost management activities across the lifecycle of the school build
* Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes
* Provide cost estimates, feasibility studies, and regular budget reporting
* Work closely with contractors, design teams, and local stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and contractual obligations
* Monitor progress and proactively address any cost overruns or risks
Requirements:
* Proven experience in quantity surveying for new build projects
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
