Reablement Support Workers – 2 posts | 10213 | permanent contracts | 21.75 or 17.5 hours per week | £13.69 - £14.59 per hour, depending on experience, weekend hours are paid at time and a third | £26,403 to £28,142 per annum pro rata | Grade E | Norwich
You will work on a 2-week rota basis. This will include working alternative weekends and occasional bank holidays.
As a Reablement Support Worker you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of maintaining their level of independence with these activities.
Grays Fair Court is a care establishment made up of 34 Housing with Care flats. All flats are self-contained with bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. The Housing with Care tenants also have access to 24 hour assessed care.
