Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is looking for a confident and organised Receptionist & Travel Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied position that combines front-of-house duties with wider business support, offering an excellent opportunity to broaden your skills and experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly — managing travel and accommodation bookings across the firm and assisting with the coordination of company vehicles. Alongside this, you will provide reception cover and support for meetings and events, ensuring a first-class experience for both clients and colleagues.

About the Role
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and related logistics for staff across the firm
* Support the Facilities team with the management of the company’s fleet
* Provide reception cover during busy periods, holidays, and lunch breaks
* Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
* Manage meeting room bookings and assist with the setup of meetings and events
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider team
About You
* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach
* Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Able to work independently and use initiative
* Flexible, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
