Are you looking to take a step into the exciting world of antiques and design? Lorfords Antiques are looking for an Operations Administrator to perform a key client-facing administrative role for the business, which at its core provides a luxury client experience for a discerning network of private clients and interior designers.

Operations are at the heart of Lorfords Antiques, with three sites across the beautiful Cotswold town of Tetbury, a network of 80+ antique dealers and a busy delivery schedule. With over 10,000 unique pieces in our collection, Lorfords can lay claim to having one of Europe’s biggest and finest range of traditional and contemporary antiques from across the globe.

Bringing a background in administration and an unerring eye for detail, you will join our dedicated Operations team, ensuring clients receive professional, timely and accurate information on the status of their order prior to its delivery or collection.

Responsibilities

* Provide an outstanding level of customer service to our clients
* Calendar management for booking of dealer photography
* Booking deliveries with our clients
* Process all delivery and restoration-related administration, including quotations, storage and returns, where applicable

Our Operations Administrator will possess:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Superior organisational skills
* A high standard of written and spoken English
* Aptitude to be part of a flexible and supportive team

Requirements:

* A minimum of 1 year’s experience in an administrative role using Microsoft Office
* A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer service or client-facing role
* You will be highly organised and have experience in calendar administration and booking appointments, or scheduling tasks
* You will enjoy working as part of a team and thrive on building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and our dealers alike
* Knowledge and or passion for the antiques and design industry is advantageous but not essential
