Cleaner - Charter Academy

Norse Cleaning Division works in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.
We have a successful relationship with Charter Academy and are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a part-time basis. You will be required to work 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 5am to 8am.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Cleaning and maintaining designated areas - mopping, hoovering, wiping down surfaces, and emptying bins.
2. Building relationships with the on-site client.
3. Carrying out routine checks and adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
4. Reporting any issues or defects on site.
Our Successful Candidate:
We ideally seek candidates with previous cleaning or caretaking experience, along with:
1. Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients on-site.
3. Confidence in working independently and taking initiative.
4. Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable.
