We are a fast-growing UK-based cleaning company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring of cleaners across the UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while working closely with the operations team to meet ongoing hiring demands. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, maintaining accurate candidate records, and supporting urgent staffing requirements when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and contact potential candidates for available roles
* Conduct phone screenings and short interviews
* Coordinate candidate onboarding and hiring documentation
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and databases
* Track recruitment activity using Excel and internal systems
* Manage recruitment emails, calendars, and interview scheduling via Outlook
* Liaise with the operations team to understand hiring needs and priorities
* Provide general recruitment administration support
* Handle candidate queries and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process
Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary: R7,500 per month
* 40 days paid leave per year

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or administration
2. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
3. Confident speaking to candidates over the phone
4. Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and recruitment/data-capturing systems
5. Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
7. Able to meet daily and weekly recruitment targets
8. Own computer/laptop and reliable internet connection required
