As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily living, food and drink, and following individual care plans.
* Provide care and companionship and help residents enjoy meaningful daily moments and memories.
* Ensure that each resident has one-to-one time and personalised attention where applicable.
* Work as a Bank Care Assistant to provide cover as needed, with hours and days varying.
Qualifications
* Some experience of caring for older people.
* Can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
* Empathy, warmth and compassion to deliver the highest standard of care and support for residents.
* Willingness to undertake training and access learning and development opportunities.
