Are you an enthusiastic and caring RVN looking to work in a welcoming, well-established practice? We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dedicated and supportive team at Ashcroft Vets in the beautiful market town of Frodsham.
Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced nurse looking for a new challenge, this role offers variety, development and a real team spirit.
Role Details
This is a varied nursing position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include inpatient care, anaesthesia, assisting in theatre, nurse consults, supporting the clinical team, pharmacy duties, preparing kits, restocking and delivering exceptional client communication.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 4 Vets, 5 RVNs, a VCA, and 4 Receptionists/Admins - all working together to deliver high standards of patient care in a positive and collaborative environment. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and support across the team, and we pride ourselves on our friendly, down-to-earth culture.
Work Schedule
This is ideally a full-time role, working 40 hours per week across 4 days, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 7:30pm.
There is a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota, but no out-of-hours or bank holiday requirements, giving you excellent work-life balance.
We are also happy to consider part-time applications and are open to discussing flexible working patterns.
