Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Property Inspector to join our team on-site in Burnley. The Property Inspector will be responsible for carrying out detailed property inspections, preparing comprehensive reports, and identifying necessary repairs or maintenance needs. This role involves working closely with property management teams, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will assist in supporting new business opportunities and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Property Inspections and Inspection tasks is essential.
Experience in Property Management and New Business Development is advantageous.
Effective Customer Service skills to ensure positive client interactions and satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are essential for visiting properties.
Familiarity with property regulations and local housing laws is a plus
