£462.80 - 475 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
A friendly and welcoming primary school in Newcastle, benefiting from excellent transport links, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated Early Years team. The successful candidate will be based within a busy Nursery class, working closely with teaching staff to support the delivery of engaging and creative learning opportunities. The school prides itself on its positive ethos, supportive staff team, and commitment to ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience of working within Early Years.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hold a Level 2 qualification or above in supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
