What you’ll be doing:
* Working closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store operates efficiently daily.
* Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often being the sole manager with full accountability.
* Collaborating with a team to complete all tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely.
* Managing people, including performance management, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
* Assisting other nearby stores if needed, especially in close-knit networks of convenience stores.

* Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Provides excellent customer service and coaches teams to do the same.
* Achieves KPIs and other performance targets.
* Handles disciplinary and performance issues effectively.
* Leads store operations confidently, even in the absence of senior management.
