Your new Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless employee experience, from onboarding through to HR administration, systems management, and supporting performance andpensation processes. You’ll work closely with colleagues in London and New York, ensuringpliance and operational excellence across all HR activities.Onboarding
1. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including Workday updates, right-to-work checks, background screening, and document management.
2. Liaise with the New York team for conflict checks.
3. Coordinate induction schedules, assign buddies, and send joining instructions.
4. Work with IT and Facilities to arrange equipment delivery (including international addresses).
5. Keep managers informed throughout the onboarding process.
HR Administration & Processes
6. Prepare HR correspondence (, probation, references, salary reviews) using DocuSign where appropriate.
7. Act as the point of contact for holiday queries, manage year-end carry-over, and reconcile holiday records across systems.
8. Monitor sickness absence, manage documentation, and escalate concerns as needed.
9. Maintain accurate electronic files and order staff gifts and celebratory items.
HR Systems
10. Maintain accurate data in Workday (joiners, leavers, changes, absences).
11. Support system enhancements and reporting, working closely with the New York team.
12. Manage expense claims and invoice processing for HR.
Performance &pensation
13. Assist with appraisal processes and documentation.
14. Support annual salary and bonus reviews, including system updates and payroll administration.
General Support
15. Contribute to ad hoc projects (, benchmarking, change management, flu vaccination programme).
16. Arrange staff training as requested by senior HR leaders.
What you need:
17. Minimum 2 years’ HR experience within a professional services environment (legal sector preferred).
18. Strong interpersonal andmunication skills.
19. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
20. Proficient in MS Word and Excel; experience with HRIS (Workday desirable).
21. Self-motivated, proactive, and a team playermitted to excellent client service.
