Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the sales team with administration tasks, including preparing reports and presentations and scheduling meetings
2. Acting as a liaison between the sales team and their customers
3. Managing customer reports and pricing communications
4. Handling smaller accounts and contributing to sales forecasting
5. Updating the CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records
6. Conducting market research and trend analysis when required
7. Overseeing the sample process and assisting with customer meetings and tradeshows
8. Assisting the sales manager
The ideal candidate will have:
9. Previous sales administration experience
10. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
11. Fantastic communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels both face to face and over the phone
12. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
13. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
14. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
15. The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
