We are recruiting for 3 full-time Communications Officers (Content Editor) on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
* The Content Editor will support the existing Senior Content Editor to develop and improve our existing web offering.
* Manage BAU requests, triage and liaise with stakeholders to understand needs.
* Work with the wider comms team to promote content and edit and upload content to the Umbraco CMS.
* Collaborate with Content Designers and Editors to improve the website offering for users.
* Play a key part in developing content for key corporate priority projects.
Qualifications
* Relevant degree and/or equivalent experience in a content editing role.
* Previous experience working with CMS systems.
* Demonstrable experience applying WCAG 2.2 AA principles and standards.
* Experience working with users, gathering user feedback, analysing and turning this into better content.
* Proven track record of managing website editing requests and developing new content, as well as managing a content lifecycle.
