JOB TITLE: Student Services Officer – Start date: as soon as possible
Band 3 (FTE £25,989 to £28,142) (actual salary: £11,408) • Part time 18.5 hours per week (over 2.5 days), Term time, plus one week
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support for a range of student‑facing duties, including trip administration, attendance monitoring, and maintenance of student records.
* Work on the school reception to provide a welcoming environment for the school community.
* Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating good organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work to deadlines.
Requirements
* Candidates must be available to work Wednesday 8:00–12:00, Thursday 8:00–15:45, and Friday 8:00–15:45.
* Experience in administration and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment is desirable.
* Team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
