* Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, legal departments, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
* Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the legal job market.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, ensuring the right match between candidate and organisation.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to better serve both clients and candidates.
