IPRS Aeromed are currently recruiting for a Clinical Service Delivery Manager to join the expanding team based in the Gatwick office.
As the Clinical Service Delivery Manager you will be working closely with the IPRS Aeromed senior management team.
You will undertake the responsibility of ensuring that all clinical elements of the contracted services are met, and that our in-house clinical team and bank of contracted clinicians are responsive, courteous, empathic and deliver clinical services of the highest quality at all times.
As a key member of the clinical management team your will ensure a collaborative approach is adopted across the business and the agreed governance framework is strictly followed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support and management of the IPRS Aeromed clinical team, both in-house and contractor clinicians. Your responsibilities will include the recruitment and management of direct reports ensuring they receive appropriate support, guidance, clinical development, and training.
You will also be required to develop and maintain relationships with the client stakeholders and relevant client management teams, promoting the interests of our patients, our client and our business, and will represent IPRS Aeromed at client meetings with a professional fact-based approach.
You will oversee site visits to IPRS Aeromed sites and undertake clinical supervision with colleagues, and ultimately ensure the delivery of day to day clinical operations within IPRS Aeromed is to the highest possible standard.
You will consistently evaluate service delivery and identify areas where we can improve patient experience and outcomes, clinical or service quality, governance and compliance, operational working practices, processes, communications, data flows and MI to continually improve everything we do.
Working with other members of the clinical team you will ensure that all services delivered comply with local, national, and international initiatives policies and regulations, such as CQC, JRCALC and NICE. You'll ensure that clinicians work strictly in accordance with all IPRS Aeromed and IPRS Group policies and procedures including GDPR/ Caldicott, Information Security, Safeguarding and Prevent, as well as being the IP&C Lead
As an active member of the Clinical Governance Committee, you will attend regular meetings where you will be required to contribute ideas and best practice methodology to ensure that the clinical governance of IPRS Aeromed is robust and fit for purpose and ensure that the clinical framework is well defined, up to date and all relevant aspects are complied with.
Salary up to £50,000
40 Hours per week (with 1 week in 4 covering out of hours on-call )
Office Based (with flexible working in agreement with business needs)

QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR CLINICAL SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
Degree Qualified HCPC Paramedic or NMC Nurse (E)
Member of the College of Paramedics (CoP) and Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) (E)
Evidence of relevant continuing professional development (E)
A formal Management or Leadership qualification (D)
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED FOR CLINICAL SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER : E: Essential D: Desirable
Minimum 5 years post qualification as a paramedic or nurse (E)
Evidence of consolidating post qualification practice (E)
Experience of leading, managing, supporting, and motivating teams (E)
Primary and acute secondary care experience (E)

Ability to speak languages other than English (D)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES NEEDED FOR CLINICAL SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER:
Logical decision making and a hands-on approach to operational management in the clinical environment.
Ability to represent the company at all levels and carry out formal service reviews.
Ability to review and evaluate service outcomes, feedback, legislative changes and implement improvements.
Ability to formulate and produce guidelines and oversee the roll out of such guidelines.
Ability to time manage and ensure your team do so, in order to meet agreed SLA’s in a demanding environment
