Store Manager
Drive sales and maximise profit – identify opportunities that increase store contribution, implement company layout, analyse reports, conduct floor walks and stay up to date on competitor activity. Communicate trade feedback at all levels.
Provide a world‑class customer experience, motivate the team to deliver genuine service and encourage upsell across all areas of the store.
Recruit, develop, coach and retain the best talent, drive succession planning and manage team performance.
Control costs and manage loss prevention by effectively managing payroll, staffing and stock control to keep the store operationally sound.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in managing store KPI’s – sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss and service.
* Excellent communicator across all levels.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Passion for delivering a world‑class experience to customers.
* Previous experience at Store Manager level, or as an experienced Deputy Manager looking for a step‑up.
* Full‑time commitment.
