Your Role: - Work within a specialist legal team focused on property and regeneration transactions. - Provide expert legal advice on complex and high-profile transactions to senior officers and Council leaders, Committees, and elected members. - Ensuring effective service delivery. - Support the Council’s commitment to modernisation, including digital transformation initiatives. - Represent Legal Services as an experienced Property and Regeneration Lawyer. About You: We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FILEX with a current practicing certificate, who has: - Substantial legal experience providing commercial and regeneration property legal advice. - Strong cooperation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate yourself and colleagues within the Commercial and Contracts Legal Team. - A commitment to continuous improvement, inclusivity, and collaborative working. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and effectively.
