We're looking for a dedicated team member who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and brings a strong sense of organisation, initiative, and warmth to every interaction. If you enjoy juggling varied tasks, creating smooth processes, and making guests feel at home, this role is for you.

How you create impact

1. Provide a professional and welcoming front desk experience, handling visitor management, calls, and reception area upkeep
2. Support daily office operations including meeting scheduling, catering arrangements, and document management
3. Oversee site repairs, vendor coordination, and supply procurement to ensure smooth office functionality
4. Assist in planning internal events, workshops, and team gatherings with logistical precision
5. Conduct safety checks, support evacuation drills, and maintain compliance documentation for audits
6. Manage staff and visitor pass systems, monitor security procedures, and maintain accurate logs
7. Contribute to environmental reporting and promote site-wide sustainability efforts
8. Maintain thorough records of operations, safety, and compliance for easy access and audit readiness

What we would like you to bring

9. Previous experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support roles
10. Familiarity with office maintenance, vendor coordination, and supply management
11. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
12. Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with staff, guests, and vendors
13. Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems
15. Understanding of health & safety compliance, sustainability practices, and facility protocols
16. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement within operational settings
