What the Job Involves The role involves assisting in the management and development of the Council's estate, ensuring all internal control systems are effective and up to date. You will provide timely estates and valuation advice, manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and property negotiations, and support the Property Portfolio Manager. The job requires maintaining an efficient corporate estate, identifying investment opportunities, contributing to policy formulation, and engaging professionally with various stakeholders. Evening and weekend work may be necessary to fulfill job requirements.
