Overview
We are seeking to appoint two 1:1 Teaching Assistants with the requirement to cover lunchtime supervision duties.
Working Hours
Working 32.5 hours per week 8:30am to 3:30pm with a half‑hour lunch break.
Employment Details
Fixed term contract tied to the funding received for the children, Term time only plus 5 school training days per year (39 weeks per year).
Salary
Grade 5 SCP 5 to 6, £25,583 to £25,989 FTE. Actual £19,329 to £19,635 pa.
Job Description
We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic, calm, well‑organised 1:1 teaching assistants to be part of our committed and hardworking team. One role will be based in KS1 and the other in KS2. Ideally you will need to have recent experience of working with children in a primary school environment. You will be knowledgeable and confident at supporting children’s learning so that a team approach ensures good and better progress for our learners.
