Position
* Establish Stark as a leading provider of end-to-end infrastructure solutions, Solar and ChargePoint Operator (CPO) services.
* Maximize long-term value from sales of EV charge points and decarbonisation technologies to relevant customers.
* Proactively identify and target new clients through market research, networking, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting.
* Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
* This role focuses on generating leads, building relationships from scratch, and closing new clients to drive revenue growth.
* Contribute to Stark’s strategy development through knowledge of market, product, competitor, and customer developments.
* Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and progress towards business objectives.
* Lead commercial negotiations and develop strategic relationships with organizations critical to Stark’s growth.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and recommend developments or investments to maximize conversion and revenue.
* Prepare monthly market and sales activity updates for team meetings.
* Deliver against set targets and KPIs.
* Participate in training and learning activities to develop skills and knowledge.
* Adhere to Stark policies, procedures, and working practices.
* Ensure health and safety of yourself and others, using work equipment safely and cooperating with managers to provide safe systems of work.
* Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
Requirements
Technical Skills & Knowledge
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Stay updated with advances in the business area, new methods, and ways of working.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills.
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Confident and accurate use of departmental computer systems/databases.

* Present information clearly and engagingly.
* Good interpersonal and rapport-building abilities.
* Precise and appropriate written communication skills.
* Good telephone manner.
