We are seeking teachers who are open to day to day, short-term and long-term placements. You must be readily available due to the urgency to fill these positions. ECT's are also welcome to apply.
The successful Teaching Assistant must:
* Have previous experience working with primary school aged children
* Have previous experience of providing 1:1 and small group interventions
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
* Have previous experience of supporting children with SEN
* Show willing to go ‘above and beyond'
* Be a great team-player and form good relationships within the school environment
* Strong behaviour management
