We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of structured inspection programmes for our Low Voltage (LV) assets across the SPM Licence Area. This includes a focus on Service Terminations, Rising Lateral Mains (RLM), and Link Boxes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring asset condition, safety, and compliance are proactively assessed and maintained through a systematic inspection regime.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of LV Inspection Programmes across the SPM Licence Area.
* Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a zero‑accident culture.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, addressing risks and variances proactively.
* Engage with internal teams, field operations, contractors, and customers to ensure successful programme delivery.
* Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and commercial partners.
* Drive continuous improvement across project delivery functions.
* Ensure all KPIs and SLA targets are achieved across the programmes of work.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing infrastructure or utility‑based projects, ideally within the power distribution or energy sector.
* Strong technical knowledge of LV networks and assets, including Service Terminations, RLMs, and Link Boxes.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement programmes of work within a regulated environment.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Strong analytical thinking and data‑driven decision‑making.
* Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or PMP are desirable.
