About the role
As a Support Worker (Carer Care Worker CareAssistant) you will get the opportunity to know peopleindividually and support their wellbeing through physical andemotional care. You may also assist with medication providingpersonal care and encouraging our people to achieve or maintainindependence.

Working within our Residential Care Servicewill typically involve working shifts which usually cover between7am until 10pm (days) or 9.30pm - 7.30am (nights) over 7 days 365day a year - this will include alternate weekends (as part of aset rota) and Bank Holidays.
