Job Description:
Bramah Recruitment are looking for a skilled and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing property team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential property law and a commitment to delivering outstanding legal services. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing high-quality advice and support throughout the property transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
* Provide clear and practical legal advice on all aspects of residential property law.
* Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transfer deeds.
* Conduct detailed due diligence and property searches to identify potential issues.
* Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
* Stay informed about changes in property law and best practices to provide the most relevant guidance.
Skills and Experience
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in residential property law.
* In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Experience using case management systems is advantageous but not essential.
