Location: Fully remote

Pay: £45k + Equity + Performance based bonus

Start Date: Immediate Start

About Zourra

Zourra is a premium wellness brand for women navigating peri-menopause and menopause by combining science, elevated design, and community to support an under-served life stage. We're pre-launch, bootstrapped, and building a high-intent waitlist and a scalable, conversion-driven growth engine from zero.


The Role

This is Zourra's founding marketing hire, you are the marketing team: strategy and execution. You'll own every marketing channel end-to-end: paid acquisition, SEO, email and lifecycle, organic social, and community engagement in the spaces our audience already lives in i.e. menopause Facebook groups, Reddit, and adjacent communities.


Managing our Content & Community Executive you’ll define messaging themes and campaign priorities write content briefs, run paid ads, email, SEO, funnel, analytics while approving brand voice and anything public facing in early months


What We’re Looking For

Full-stack operator. Commercially obsessed individual who thinks in CAC, conversion, revenue. Scrappy: builds, launches, posts, replies, and ships daily. Comfortable being the only marketer in the room and building the team around you as traction emerges.


What You'll Own

Paid Media — Plan, launch, and scale Meta ads as the primary acquisition channel. Test hooks, audiences, and offers. Scale on CAC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS. Expand into adjacent paid channels as economics allow.

SEO & Organic Search — Set the SEO foundation: keyword strategy around peri-menopause and menopause search intent, on-page optimisation, content briefs, and technical basics. Build a compounding organic channel alongside paid.

Email & Lifecycle (Klaviyo) — Build welcome, nurture, pre-launch, launch, and post-purchase flows. Segment using quiz data, behaviour, and engagement signals.

Funnel & CRO — Landing pages, quiz funnels, waitlist mechanics, lead magnets. Run structured experiments to lift opt-in and purchase intent.

Community & Social — Engage authentically in menopause and peri-menopause communities on Facebook, Reddit, and similar spaces. Run Zourra's own social channels. Identify where our audience gathers and build presence there.

Content & Creative Direction — Define the hooks, messaging angles, and formats needed to convert. Brief and direct freelance designers, editors, and UGC creators. Own the content calendar until a dedicated hire joins.

Analytics & Reporting — Own CAC, CPL, email and landing page conversion rates, funnel drop-off, organic growth, and early revenue attribution. Translate data into decisions.


About You

Essential

· 4–7+ years in growth or performance marketing within DTC / eCommerce / startup environments

· Hands-on experience running Meta Ads, Klaviyo (or equivalent), and conversion funnels

· SEO knowledge: keyword research, on-page, content strategy

· Comfortable with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager

· Confident writing in brand voice for ads, emails, social, and community posts


Highly Desirable

· Wellness, beauty, supplements, or women's health

· Experience targeting women 35–55

· Pre-launch or bootstrapped startup experience

· Quiz funnels, education-led marketing, community-led growth, or UGC/influencer coordination


Success in Your First 90 Days

· Meta as a scalable acquisition channel, with CAC established and improving

· Klaviyo flows live; email conversion benchmarked

· SEO foundation in place: keyword map, priority pages, first content live

· Active, authentic presence in 3–5 core menopause communities

· 3,500+ high-intent waitlist (or equivalent traction)

· Clear funnel architecture and weekly reporting rhythm

· First CAC-to-revenue signal emerging
