Business Development Manager Flair Group has partnered with an innovative, fast growing financial solutions provider who is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. This hybrid position will be based between remote working and our client's modern office, located a short walk from Brighton station. What you'll be doing * As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of your own portfolio of accounts from prospecting to account management offering an award-winning financial solution used by over 200,000 small businesses. * You will proactively source your own leads using internal company resources, inbound leads, and market research, building your own pipeline of customers. * Conduct daily outreach to businesses, making 30–50 outbound calls and connecting with key decision makers, building relationships with potential prospects proposing our clients credit solutions. * Drive sales and reach targets by converting leads into active clients.
