Business Change Manager
Location: Reading, Perth, Cardiff (2 days a week onsite)
Contract - Inside IR35 - 12 months
Are you a driven and experienced Business Change professional looking to make a real impact? This company is seeking a talented Business Change Manager to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering industry-leading change initiatives.
As the Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the company's industry programme. Working closely with project managers, you will apply your change management expertise to ensure a smooth adoption of new processes and systems, both for the company's customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Implementing and applying a robust change management process to create a comprehensive strategy that supports the adoption of change
2. Conducting business change impact assessments, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders
3. Ensuring all process documentation is up-to-date and aligned with the evolving change roadmap
4. Collaborating with business subject matter experts and IT delivery teams to deliver and enable benefits and key performance indicators
To be successful in this Business Change Manager role, you will need:
5. Demonstrable experience as a Business Change professional within a medium to large-scale organisation
6. Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into actionable change activities
8. Experience working in an Agile environment, as well as within a Waterfall project framework
9. A keen understanding of digital enablement and data-driven change, including the use of AI to accelerate adoption
