Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lettings Negotiator located in Falmouth. The Lettings Negotiator will engage with landlords and tenants, match properties to clients' needs, organize property viewings, and negotiate rental agreements. The role also involves liaising with property owners and tenants to ensure mutual satisfaction, managing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth operations in property management. Providing exceptional customer service is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and experience in property and tenant management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients
Proficiency in customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Understanding of local property market trends is advantageous
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
