As a vital part of the software development lifecycle, you’ll help ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions.If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoy mentoring others while staying hands-on with the latest testing tools and practices - this is the role for you.What will I be doing?Design, develop, and execute functional and non-functional test strategies across the SDLCBuild and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, and AppiumCollaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to embed quality from the startIntegrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsLead by example—mentor junior team members and champion best practices in quality engineeringContinuously improve testing processes and stay ahead with emerging tools and techniquesWhat do I need?Proven experience in a senior or lead QA role, with responsibility for guiding or managing testing teamsAdvanced proficiency in Java and/or C#, with a strong background in test automationDemonstrated expertise in building and executing automation frameworks using Azure DevOps and JiraExtensive hands-on experience with Selenium and other front-end testing toolsStrong capability in API and contract-level integration testingSolid understanding of non-functional testing (e.g., performance, accessibility, security) and mobile testing using AppiumAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
