Your role and responsibilities You will undertake a range of administrative duties to support the efficient delivery within the Psychology and Therapeutic Services. You will work with other Business Support Officers, Educational Psychologists, Inclusion Facilitators and Managers. You will receive comprehensive training in the systems and processes needed to enable you to effectively fulfil this role. You will have excellent communication and administrative skills which will enable you to communicate via telephone, email and face to face. These skills will also allow you to process referrals and reports. You will have excellent attention to detail which will assist you in keeping an up to date and accurate excel record of all work undertaken on behalf of the countywide team. You will also be attentive when ordering goods, as well as raising and paying invoices. You will need Strong organisational, interpersonal, communication and administration skills. The ability to prioritise and multi-task in order to meet competing deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages. The team Psychology and Therapeutic Services provides support to children and young people from 0-25 years, as well as the adults who care for and work with them. Alongside delivering statutory work such as Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment, Psychology and Therapeutic Services also deliver Suffolk County Council commissioned work (i.e. beyond the Inclusion Service), traded work outside of the council and deliver a wealth of therapeutic interventions.
