Salary: £39, - £46, per annum + Car Allowance

About the role
Reporting to the Asset Manager, the Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring that all works delivered as part of the Group’s planned maintenance, cyclical maintenance, and service contracts relating to Health & Safety and Fire Safety are completed to a consistently high standard. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring that appointed contractors and suppliers supporting the asset service meet or exceed their contractual obligations maintaining strong oversight of performance quality and compliance.
Within this role there will be the requirement to travel across our areas of operation on occasion.
