We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker to join our team at Tigh a Rudha.

Your responsibilities include promoting a caring and stimulating environment within Tigh a Rudha, supporting residents to maintain and develop their lifestyles with dignity and respect, contributing to care plans and reviews, and encouraging meaningful activities to keep residents connected with their families and community.
Ideal candidates will be compassionate, empathetic, and have strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

* Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is mandatory.
