Join us as a Wholesale Development Executive here at Field Sales Solutions working on our dynamic, fast paced, Ferrero Cash & Carry Team. Ferrero is a rapidly expanding FMCG company, that encompasses iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thorntons and many more!

Are you ready to start a role where you will be building strong customer relationships, offering valuable insights and solutions without any direct sales…? You will be visiting some of our major Cash and Carry customers such as Booker, Bestway, Dhamecha and many more!

Who We Are!

Field Sales Solutions are a leading field marketing company. We work in Partnership with distinctive brands, to activate sales, drive distribution and deliver a Return on Investment for our clients. Whilst you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, you will be assigned to work for one of our largest clients Ferrero.

In return for joining us as our Wholesale Development Executive we can offer you a competitive salary of £26,950 OTE+Company Car, tablet, mobile phone, and additional company benefits.

Ideal Location: SALISBURY

Territory:BH8, BH17, BS4, BS5, BS11, GL4, PO3, PO15, SN2, SN5, SO50

What you will be doing as our Wholesale Development Executive?

* Vising your assigned Cash & Carry depots and building best in class relationships which aid you in gaining greater visibility, display, and availability of our clients’ brand portfolio.
* You will be confident in using sales data to approach key decision makers to effectively engage and influence areas such as listings and orders.
* You will enjoy identifying new opportunities in depot to increase brand presence.

What will you need to become our Wholesale Development Executive?

* To be an advocate of the Ferrero Brand portfolio.
* Business development skills, with customer relationship building.
* Ability to think strategically and analyse data.
* Proven record of demonstrating Initiative & delivering results.
* Demonstrable commercial acumen.
