Vending Helpdesk Technician- Full Time
Salary: 28 - 30K per annum + bonus scheme
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Vending Helpdesk Technician to join our growing vending support team. As owners and operators of world leading automated key-cutting machines, photobooths and JURAs (our instant printing kisoks) and at a time of significant growth, we are looking for an experienced administrator and helpdesk/ support based colleague to join the team.
The role will be based at our manufacturing facility in Keighley West Yorkshire, this is a key role supporting a wide range of the day-to-day operations of our vending estate. As such we are looking for the right candidate who is organised, flexible, confident on the telephone and keen to learn new skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for constant monitoring of our in-house telemetry system to help ensure maximum uptime and performance of our vending estate. This role will be predominantly telephone based, calling our retail clients to ascertain machine usage, performance and rectify any issues. This role will also involve working closely with our team of field engineers and technical departments, escalating issues to the appropriate areas. The role will also include carrying out remote technical troubleshooting of issues across the estate, with an emphasis on trying to resolve problems without the need on an in person engineer visit.

You will be required to work 45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days.
