We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in the Reading, Medford, or Georgetown areas. This is a Hybrid position that can be performed from either of our Gilbert Insurance locations: Medford, Reading, or Georgetown.

Responsibilities
1. Manage a book of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance business.
2. Assist to ensure all new and renewal insurance policy tasks are processed accurately and within required timeframes by tracking policy expirations for existing clients.
3. Work proactively to facilitate renewals.
4. Support AM, AE or Producer in workflows including:
5. Client research and underwriting information gathering.
6. Conducting Loss Run Analysis.
7. Preparing submissions including Acord applications and supplemental forms; sending out to market and/or performing Online Rating as required.
8. Binding coverage and complying with carrier, Surplus Lines Association, and King Insurance Partners requirements.
9. Review policies for discrepancies, notify relevant staff, and ensure necessary changes are submitted and issued.
10. Build client loyalty through positive relationships, advocacy, high service levels, and professional communication.
11. Continuously grow insurance expertise, management, leadership, and followership skills.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
1. Active P&C license.
2. 2-5 years of commercial lines experience.
3. Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
4. High school diploma or GED.
