Care Support Worker
Location: Residential Care Home, set within a modern Care Village
Reports to: Unit Manager / Senior Staff / Registered Manager
Contract: Full-time, Part-time, or Flexible shifts available

Our Care Village is a thoughtfully designed, purpose-built community surrounded by landscaped gardens. It includes a 72-bed residential care home alongside close-care bungalows—creating a place where residents can live independently while always having support close at hand.

The Role
Were looking for caring, dependable Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our dedicated team.
This is more than a routine care role. You'll play an active part in helping residents live well—physically, emotionally, and socially. Every day, you'll build meaningful relationships, encourage independence, and create moments of comfort and joy for those you support.
Working within a supportive team, you'll deliver care that truly reflects each residents personal story, preferences, and needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
* Delivering care in line with individual care plans and promoting independence
* Helping residents with washing, dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, and daily routines
* Preparing meals and drinks to suit resident preferences and dietary needs
* Supporting social activities and meaningful engagement—both one-to-one and in groups
* Responding promptly to calls for assistance and providing reassurance when needed
* Welcoming and supporting families, visitors, and healthcare professionals
* Assisting with light domestic duties and maintaining a safe, clean environment
* Accurately recording care delivered using our digital system (PCS)
* Reporting changes or concerns promptly and following safeguarding protocols
* Always maintaining confidentiality, infection control, and health & safety standards
