We are seeking a nurturing, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our Reception team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to giving young learners the best possible start to their education.
The hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.15pm,term time only.
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Has experience working with children in an early years setting, ideally within a school environment
* Understands how the Early Years curriculum should be implemented to ensure each child has the foundations to prepare them for the next stage in their education.
* Is caring, patient, and passionate about early years education
* Understands the importance of high quality continuous provision
* Works well as part of a team and shows initiative
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Most importantly…enjoys what they do!
