Your Mission
* Define the Strategy: Develop and execute a bold, forward‑thinking growth strategy that positions Salesforce as the trusted partner for the Retail and Consumer Goods industries.
* Drive Exponential Growth: Rapidly grow revenues and bookings, consistently exceeding targets through scalable, repeatable, and structured sales processes.

* Champion Customer Success: Cultivate deep relationships with CxO‑level stakeholders, helping them unlock transformative value through Salesforce solutions.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Growth
* Shape and execute Salesforce’s sales strategy for Retail and Consumer Goods, driving substantial year‑over‑year revenue growth.
* Build Salesforce’s presence within these industries, expanding into new accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers to maximise loyalty and retention.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and innovation to position Salesforce as a market leader.
Sales Leadership and Operational Excellence
* Lead and inspire a sales organisation that includes Regional Vice Presidents, Account Executives, ensuring a disciplined focus on deal closure and execution.
* Establish robust sales processes and key performance metrics to create predictable, scalable growth at all levels.
* Drive operational rigour through data‑driven decision‑making, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with leaders across Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Sales Strategy, and Employee Success to align strategies and resources that enhance customer outcomes.
* Act as a strategic advisor to the UKI CEO, influencing decisions that drive Salesforce’s growth and impact.
Talent Development and Culture
* Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse and inclusive team of high‑performing sales professionals.
* Foster a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement, empowering the team to deliver exceptional results.
* Champion Salesforce’s core values and ensure they are embedded in every aspect of your leadership.
The Ideal Candidate
* Sales Leadership Expertise: Enterprise software or applications sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving growth in complex, matrixed organisations.
* Executive‑Level Selling: Strong experience selling to CxO‑level stakeholders, with the ability to navigate and close high‑value, complex transactions.
* Team Building: Consistent history of recruiting, developing, and retaining high‑performing teams recognised for culture and results.
* Operational and Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to implement and scale structured, repeatable sales processes and metrics that drive operational excellence.
