Description Opportunity “The Hackett Group is the world’s leading IP led consulting firm, working with business leaders across the globe to address key issues and challenges across the G&A organisation, from strategy to execution” www.thehackettgroup.com The European practice for Hackett is well established across Transformation, Benchmarking and Advisory. (Advisory is a multi-year membership subscription programme-based model providing intellectual property and coaching to a wide client base.) We are continuing to build capability in the UK and across our European practice. Working with C-suite executives, we assess, design and implement change/transformation programmes to deliver World-Class performance across G&A functions, (including Finance, Procurement, HR, IT). As well as functional design and change, we have enviable technology capabilities. For example, we continue to be Oracle-Hyperion’s 1 partner. Our OneStream practice attained Diamond status (the highest partner accolade) at the beginning of 2021 and continues to grow rapidly. Our Coupa team completed our first implementation over 10 years ago and became one of the first Premier partners. Hackett’s unrivalled data and intellectual property allows us to engage clients more objectively than any of our competitors. However, we know that our most valuable assets primarily need to have the skills and gravitas to support our clients to deploy such solutions on a business led basis. Reporting to UK Head of Sales, we seek an Account Executive to position and sell all our services across an allocated territory in the UKBNX: Providing unique solution-selling capability. Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO, CHRO, CPO). Candidate Profile Sales Experience: Proven capability in successfully executing end-to-end sales pursuits Skilled in sales strategy, lead generation, RFP processes, effective negotiation and closing deals Adept at engaging executive level clients (C-suite) Successful track record of identifying and selling professional services projects Deep understanding of the company’s business and the market Technical Experience: Relevant advanced degree is preferred Experience of selling Digital Transformation programmes Other Requirements: Strong communicator - Outstanding verbal and written communication, and presentation skills Strategic thinking and time management Organised – multiple client interactions across the portfolio of services at any one time. Ability to prioritise and focus. Ability to effectively operate independently, and in a team environment Motivation and Drive – hunger and desire to close deals and grow the business Other European language(s) desirable
