What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Manager:

* Generating new business through multiple channels
* Listing and marketing properties for sale and let
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Managing the full sales and lettings process from instruction to completion
* Delivering a high standard of service throughout the customer journey
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience in estate agency sales and/or lettings essential
* Background as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Lettings Manager, or Lister advantageous
* Proven ability to win instructions and list property
* Strong business generation skills
* Existing network of landlords, developers, or local contacts beneficial
* Highly motivated with a professional, proactive approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Full UK driving licence required
