Rainbow Care Solutions is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and driven Branch Manager to lead our Cannock team. As a well-established provider of home care and supported living services across the UK, we are committed to delivering person-centred, culturally sensitive care that truly makes a difference. About the Role Oversee daily operations at our Cannock branch, ensuring high standards of care delivery and compliance Lead, motivate, and support a team of care staff and coordinators Manage client relationships, conduct assessments, and ensure person-centred care plans Maintain compliance with CQC, UKHCA, and ISO standards Drive branch growth by increasing service hours and supporting local recruitment Monitor staff performance, retention, and ongoing training Ensure effective communication with clients, families, and external partners About You Proven management experience within the care sector (home care or supported living preferred) Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards Passionate about delivering exceptional, culturally sensitive care Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team Experience with care planning software and digital record-keeping is an advantage Must have the legal right to work and live in the UK Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Supportive and inclusive work environment Ongoing professional development and training Opportunity to make a real impact in the local community Rainbow Care Solutions is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
