4. The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene at Stork Hotel
5. The experience to maintain kitchen equipment
Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Leader
6. Assisting with food preparation.
7. Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
8. Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
9. Overseeing deliveries.
10. Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
11. Work with the team to achieve company targets.

The Stork Hotel is a Grade-II listed building originally dating back to 1660. Our pub offers all the best of traditional British dishes, from indulgent Sunday roasts to succulent steaks, light bites, decadent desserts and more. With a drinks range covering everything from fine ales to wines, spirits and artisan cocktails, we have the perfect sips to enjoy by our roaring log fires in the winter months or in our beautiful gardens overlooking the scenic local views when the sun is shining. We also have nine en-suite bedrooms, providing our guests an unforgettable stay in the lovely Lancashire countryside.
