About the Role
As an Early Career Teacher, you will:
• Teach engaging lessons across your specialist subject to students in KS3–KS5.
• Plan, assess, and contribute to a high-quality curriculum that inspires achievement.
• Work closely with a dedicated ECT mentor and benefit from a structured induction programme.
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
