As the HSE Administrator, youll provide vital administrative and coordination support to the Health, Safety & Environmental team. From managing H&S documentation, to supporting audits, training, communication campaigns and incident reportingyoull be central to ensuring the business meets its legal, regulatory and internal standards.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Whether youre experienced in HSE or looking to develop in this field, this role offers fantastic exposure across a busy engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities as a HSE Administrator:
1. Provide daily administrative support to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
2. Maintain H&S records, including training logs, induction documents, audits, inspections and permits.
3. Monitor the central H&S inbox, directing queries appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
4. Assist in preparing and issuing safety documents such as SOPs, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
5. Create and distribute HSW communications, including posters, campaigns, and noticeboard materials.
