They are seeking a Projects Editor to join their team and elevate their real-time data tracking and project information portal. This portal provides data-driven insights used across construction, engineering, finance, environment, and tech industries.
Location & Benefits
* Location: Oxford (hybrid working 3 days a week in the office). Flexibility may be considered based on location and experience.
* Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role Responsibilities
The Projects Editor will lead efforts to gather information to update online portals. This involves contacting companies, conducting internet research, and applying data analysis and aggregation techniques. The role requires close collaboration with clients, data analysis, and web development teams to enhance the product and develop the database of projects, which should remain market-leading and commercially focused.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience working with data, such as in research or data management roles
* Ability to actively source information, often through phone outreach and building trust
* Confidence to lead and manage a team of contributors
* Exceptional communication skills, with excellent spoken and written English
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience in data journalism, research, or data management
* Experience with SQL and/or Python for dataset compilation and categorization (helpful but not essential)
